Merelles is a classic game that has been with us since the dawn of time and mankind. And as the mankind has evolved the game has evolved with it, finding its way straight to your iPod touch, where you can play against the computer or another person. You can choose between a couple of this game’s versions, where the player number varies between 4, 6, 9 and 12 players. The 4 men game is also known as 4 Men’s Morris and Achi. The 6 men game is also known as 6 Men’s Morris and was popular during the middle ages in England, France and Italy. The 9 men game is also known as 9 Men’s Morris, Mills and Merrills, and is arguably the most popular version. It emerged from the Roman Empire and peaked in popularity in medieval England. It is still played by many today. The 12 men game is also known as 12 Men’s Morris and Morabaraba and has been played for thousands of years across Africa. It is still very popular. This is the most challenging version of the game.
Besides these interesting features this game also includes:
*Three levels of difficulty to choose from.
*You can choose to listen to your iPod’s playlist while you play this game.
*Undoredo option.
*Cool graphics and even cooler effects.
*Amazing sound effects.
*A scoreboard.
*You can auto-save game in progress, etc.

Hello you bowling fanatics, I have a new game for you. Yes you heard me right, there is a new game in town and it is here to stay. With the iBowl, iPod Touch game, you can do anything that you would do in a bowling alley. The controls are out of this world, you simply swing your iPod to make a shot. Of course this time you have no ball to let go of so just make sure you keep a grip of your iPod! Once you are ready to play you hold your thumb on the screen and then to throw the ball you then let go of your thumb on the screen and the ball then throws itself down the alley. You get rewarded for strikes and spares and you earn what are called pippins. You use these pippins to customise your character. You can kit him or her out with all different outfits and colors and even change the color of the bowling ball. There is also several great alleys to unlock like a cowboy one or retro and my favorite a dazzling disco one. To add to the enjoyment of the bowling you can play your own music to blast out of your iPod and really dance the game away. The graphics are very good. The alley itself is 3D and lots of details are put in.When you do knock the pins down it honestly sounds like you are in a real bowling alley. The developers have got the sound effects perfect!Another great added feature within the game is the chance to play with your friends via bluetooth, wifi or over your data connection. All in all, this is an excellent game, that allows you and your friends to go head to head in a bowling combat and compare your skills. It is both fun and addictive, trust me I know. So call your friends and may the best man or woman win.

Great new for all of you who are a little tired of Zuma, I present to you Stoneloops of Jurassica, a new marble popper game, extremely similar to Zuma, with the sole difference that there are no frogs here, not one, not at all. This game comes with two modes: Classic mode has players shooting colored stones out of the horizontally scrolling ‘gun’, matching three of the same color stones to cause them to disappear. If any of the marbles advance far enough so that they enter the gaping mouth of a dinosaur skeleton you will lose the game. Stopping the advance of the stones is as easy as moving the gun right and left along the bottom of the screen and releasing your finger once ready to shoot. In the games other mode, the objective is the same but the player uses the gun to first pull a stone out of the group and then releases their finger to shoot the stone back into the line. The game includes multiple power-ups that whose functions include: blasting many of the stones into nothingness, sniping specific stones from the lines, or destroying part of the line with a ferocious pterodactyl. There is no need to say that this game features a well known music, which depending on your game place can cause a huge relaxation or tension. The graphics are absolutely breathtaking, transporting you to another age, where mankind doesn’t exist yet and where dinosaurs are at the top of the food chain. There is not enough that I can say about this game, everything is highly unnecessary, all you have to do is download this game and see for yourself what I am talking about.

f you have a child in elementary school, you’re probably familiar with Brain Quest: it is most visible in the children’s book sections of bookstores, in the spot reserved for educational items that aren’t quite books but aren’t quite toys, either. In physical form, Brain Quest is a deck of attached cards. The long, thin cards have questions on the front and answers on the back. There’s no “object” to flipping through the cards and tossing questions to your kids, except to interact and learn and think. You don’t score points. You either get the question right or wrong, and then you move on. Simple, but deceptively fun and addictive. Modality has created iPhone versions of Brain Quest Blast Off games for grades 2 through 7; games in which both you and your child are going to enjoy immensely. Despite the educational virtues of these games—they are about knowledge and problem solving—the object is to score points, beat the clock, and move up levels, these games are highly fun and addictive. It seem that once you start playing this game, there is no stopping in the near future, not until you defeat all the levels of course. Each version of Brain Quest Blast Off includes a variety of subjects: math, language arts, social studies, and science and “grab bag” are included in the Grades 2 and 3 versions. Each also provides a variety of question/answer formats: multiple choice, word scramble, fill-in-the-blanks, and true/false, for example. You must complete each subject in each round before you can progress to the next round, which means that “winning” the game takes a lot of time. The fact that this game is perfect for your kids, no matter how old they are, speaks a lot. And like I already said, it is fun, so it is the best thing you can really offer to someone you love and care about.

Being an English Language and literature student I know how hard and confusing those word roots can become. Trust me, I had a full exam on word roots, and I started to panic thinking that there is not a chance on earth that I would be able to learn them all on time. But thank goodness I was wrong. It wasn’t until I discovered this fun little education game, that believe it or not, actually taught me something. Brain Blaze Word Roots is a scientifically-proven learning system, which is based on the algorithm developed by the European learning psychologist Sebastian Leitner. This system here is adapted to make learning intuitive, easy, and possible whenever and wherever you want. It expedites long-term retention of information, testing information you don’t know well more often than information you already know well. So the program does all the work of organizing your learning material for you – just lean back and go! I couldn’t believe it. It was like the answer to all of my prayers. Let me tell you what other features this game includes: This application includes:200 virtual flashcards with Latin and Greek word roots & their meanings in English with multiple examples to clear out the meaning of a word root, Slideshow Mode to get familiar with the learning content, Standard text input Learning Mode and Multiple Choice Mode, Feature to change the question order, Feedback which displays the right answer, and whether your answer was right or wrong, Self assessment option, if you want to judge for yourself whether your answer was right or wrong, Statistical feedback on your learning progress, Comfortable and intuitive application handling, MemoryLifter and learning-related news. What more could you possibly want? - Oh, and there is no need to say that I passed my exam with flying colors.
